Bryan Busch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, digital sales, and mental health counseling. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Folience since November 2017, Bryan created and launched the Succeed by Folience program, a comprehensive training initiative for employees. In addition to roles such as DEI Committee Member and Clinical Therapist at Tanager, Bryan has a significant background in sales and business development, including positions as Digital Sales Manager and Team Leader at The Gazette and Geonetric, respectively. Bryan is also recognized for authoring the "State of Mind" column in The Gazette, which focuses on mental health awareness. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from The University of Iowa and Upper Iowa University, as well as a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
