Jeremy Martin

Jeremy Martin has worked for three companies, beginning with CIC in 2008. At CIC, they held the roles of Customer Advisor and Bank Teller, with responsibilities such as managing customer loyalty portfolios, sales and services, banking transactions, customer relationships, and more. Jeremy achieved success in increasing their number of customers each year and exceeding individual sales targets. In 2016, Jeremy began working for ITS Management, where they held the roles of Banking Team Lead and Banking Representative. Theirresponsibilities included overseeing day-to-day management of customers' online purchases, providing internal and external helpdesk support, and more. Jeremy was promoted to Team Lead due to their success. Lastly, Jeremy is currently working at Follow Up Boss as a Product Expert, a role they have held since 2022.

Jeremy Martin attended the Financial Center for Banking Profession from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Professional Banking Diploma. From 2006 to 2008, they attended High School Robert Schuman and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management with a major in Sales.
