Maya Orbach

Maya Orbach is the Vice President of People & Culture at Folloze. Maya has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on organizational culture, performance management, and employee relations.

Orbach began their career as a corporate culture specialist at Brightcove. Maya then spent three years as a self-employed consultant, before joining Quixey as their Director of Talent, Learning and Organizational Development. At Quixey, they developed key initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement, and delivered and implemented core people programs and processes.

In 2016, Orbach joined Addepar as their Senior Director of HR. In this role, they were responsible for performance management, organizational culture, organizational development, learning & development, HR business partnerships, engagement, inclusion, mobility, coaching & mentorship, succession planning, and employee relations.

Orbach left Addepar in 2019 to start their own consulting firm, OM Consulting. Maya has been working as a self-employed consultant since then.

Maya Orbach has an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a master's degree in business administration from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
