Nancy Valdivia Antoniou, MBA, SHRM-SCP has worked in various roles throughout their career. Nancy began their career in 2002 at Abraxis BioScience as a Sr. Manager, Operations. In 2010, they moved to The AAAH Project as the Director, Operations. In 2011, Nancy joined NantWorks as the Director, Strategic Operations/HR and was later promoted to Vice President, Strategic Operations & CHRO and then to SVP, Strategic Operations & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In 2016, they became a Member Board of Regents Council at Mount Saint Mary's University. In 2018, Nancy joined the Los Angeles Times as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Chief as a CHIEF Member.

Nancy Valdivia Antoniou holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, obtained in 2020. Nancy also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Organizational Leadership from Mount Saint Mary's University, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Additionally, they hold a SHRM-SCP from The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Nancy has also obtained two additional certifications: Driving Change and Anti-Racism from LinkedIn in February 2022, and Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in October 2017.
