Rae Shende

Rae Shende has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2022, they have been working at Folloze as a People Operations Specialist, responsible for managing HR processes and operations. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, Rae worked as a Positive Psychology Coach Practitioner, guiding clients towards positive outcomes using theories and psychometrics.

Before entering the coaching field, Rae held positions at CHI as an Executive Assistant from 2010 to 2011, providing administrative support to executive-level staff and managing various project-based assignments. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at EBSL Technologies as an Executive Assistant/HR Generalist, demonstrating skills in both administrative tasks and HR responsibilities.

Rae's earlier work experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Materials Management Specialist from 1992 to 2001, highlighting their dedication and discipline throughout their career.

Rae Shende has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued a PgCert in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University, around 2012. Before their bachelor's degree, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Lake-Sumter State College in 2009.

Apart from their formal education, Rae Shende has obtained several certifications. Rae acquired the Certification Prep: SHRM-CP from LinkedIn in April 2023 and completed a course on Human Resources: Payroll in March 2023. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn. Additionally, in October 2022, they completed the "Become an HR Business Partner" certification from LinkedIn. Finally, in February 2022, they obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
