Shondra Cook is an experienced food scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at FONA International since December 2013. Prior to this role, Shondra held the position of Food Scientist at Tate & Lyle from August 2007 to December 2013. Shondra earned a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2005 and 2007, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Millikin University.
