Fatine Tounsi

Fatine Tounsi has over 20 years of experience in purchasing and logistics management, currently serving as the Purchasing and Logistic Director at Fondation MAScIR since August 2010. Key responsibilities include establishing the purchasing department, implementing purchasing procedures, monitoring performance indicators, and managing the entire procurement process from need identification to contract awarding. Prior to this role, Fatine worked at Maroc Telecom where responsibilities included managing a significant procurement portfolio and ensuring adherence to purchasing protocols. Before entering the telecommunications sector, Fatine was a Material Planner at Procter & Gamble, focusing on supply chain efficiency and logistics operations. Fatine holds a Master’s degree in Global Purchasing and Logistics from ISCAE and a degree in International Commerce from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion.
