Zineb Edfouf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of materials science and electrochemical storage. Currently serving as a Professor, Research Associate, and Team Leader at Fondation MAScIR since March 2020, Zineb Edfouf leads research on innovative materials for next-generation batteries while exploring advancements in energy sectors through smart materials for construction and mobility. Since June 2015, Zineb Edfouf has also been a qualified professor at the Faculté des Sciences at Université Mohamed V de Rabat. Prior experience includes research focused on solar energy materials at MAScIR from October 2011 to August 2015, and a PhD under CNRS/SAFT Batteries from October 2008 to October 2011, culminating in a doctoral thesis on nanomaterial composites for Li-ion batteries.
