Vincenza Moroni serves as the Head of Cyber Security and Compliance at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity and management from previous roles at Eni, where management of Communication Services and access for global users took place from May 2013 to October 2022. Prior to this, Vincenza held various managerial and architectural positions at Hewlett-Packard and Ericsson Italia S.p.A., contributing expertise in storage and IT infrastructure. As an IT Architect at H3G and a CRM Technical Developer at ONE, foundational skills were established. Vincenza holds a MSc in Physics from Università di Pavia and completed a Project Management course at UNIMONT Università degli Studi di Milano in 2021.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation was established on December 9, 2019. In compliance with the provisions contained in the Olympic Charter, in the Code of Ethics of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and in the Agreement signed in Lausanne on 24 June 2019 (Host City Contract), the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation will carry out all the organizational, promotional and communication activities for the sporting and cultural events related to the staging of the XXV Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2026. The bodies of the Foundation include the Board of Directors, the Management Committee, and the Board of Statutory Auditors. Giovanni Malagò is the President of the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation as well as the President of the Board of Directors. The CEO of the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation is Andrea Varnier. The IOC, the Italian National Olympic Committee, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the two cities, Milano and Cortina, are all partners in this major national-level project, that has also the support of the Italian Government, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen. We have all joined forces to create a memorable and sustainable edition of the Games that will create a legacy for the country and inspire future generations.
