Claudia Christern

Claudia Christern is a seasoned educator and artistic director with extensive experience in the field of fine arts and cultural history. Currently serving as a Fine Art Teacher at Vrije Academie | Kunst & Cultuur and as a Gastdocent at Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Claudia also engages in teaching history of art and culture, alongside instructing on research skills. Additionally, Claudia holds a position as Docent Kunstvakken at NCOI Groep and offers insights into salon culture at Rotterdamse Salon. As an Artistic Director of Stichting Opera Minora, Claudia has been instrumental in producing music-theatre across various prominent venues in the Netherlands. With a strong academic background, including a doctorate in cultural history and relevant qualifications from Universiteit van Amsterdam and ICLON Leiden, Claudia's contributions in both educational and artistic realms underscore a commitment to cultural enrichment and artistic expression.
