Paula Ritamäki

Paula Ritamäki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paula started their career in 2000 as an Electronics Assembler and Office Worker at Probyte Oy, where they were involved in electronics assembly and program testing, as well as office work and advertising. Paula worked at Probyte Oy during summers from 2000 to 2007.

In 2006, Paula worked at Pro4 Wireless AB as part of their Mobile Software Design project for their thesis. Paula focused on UX and UI design for interactive mobile software, including functions, user experiences, usability, user interface design, and marketing research. Paula also conducted Bluetooth testing for the prototype.

Paula joined Metso in 2007 as an HQ Assistant for a project. Their responsibilities included creating presentations, processing multilingual feedback, handling location information, and managing deliveries.

In 2008, Paula worked at Diranet / Savled Oy as a Software Designer and Web Designer. Paula utilized their skills in software and web design during their time with the company, which lasted until 2009.

From 2009 to 2010, Paula had their own business called Paula Ritamäki Tmi, where they worked as a Web Designer and Web Marketing professional. Following this, they joined Nordic e-Consulting Oy as a Web Site Designer and Consultant for a few months.

Starting in 2010, Paula worked at Welnet Group Oy as a Web Designer and Marketer. Paula was responsible for web design and marketing until 2013.

Since 2015, Paula has been employed at Fonecta Oy. Paula began as a Content and Registry Secretary for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Production Coordinator. Paula worked primarily in this role until 2020, when they became a Digital Presence Specialist. Their responsibilities in this position included digital presence fulfillment, service deployment consulting for clients, development projects, consulting sales, and working with platforms such as Yext, Salesforce, and Google. As of October 2021, they have advanced to the position of Senior Digital Presence Specialist at Fonecta Oy.

Paula Ritamäki attended Tampereen Normaalikoulu from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Finnish Matriculation Examination. Following this, they enrolled at Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in the Degree Programme in Business Information Systems. Additionally, Paula Ritamäki has received certifications such as "Coding of 'Move with Purpose' -challenge of Islet Group and SAP, Mimmit koodaa" from ISLET Group in March 2021 and "User Experience Design Fundamentals" from Udemy in July 2018.
