Sweta Kapali

Sweta Kapali has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Project Management at Fonepay, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Deerwalk Inc. from May 2021 to July 2021. From 2011 to 2021, Sweta worked at COTIVITI NEPAL (formerly Verscend Nepal), where they held multiple roles including Project Manager I, Associate Project Manager, Senior Engineer Software, and Software Engineer. Sweta started their career in 2008 as a Technical Officer at Smart Choice Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for various programming tasks, developing ATM interfaces and software, and updating the company's website.

Sweta Kapali obtained their Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree from Himalayan WhiteHouse International College from 2003 to 2007. Sweta then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at Leeds Beckett University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Sweta has also earned several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Sweta obtained the Licensed Scrum Master certification from Scrum Inc. in May 2020. Prior to that, they completed the Business Analysis Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2020. In March 2020, they obtained the Cert Prep: Scrum Master certification from LinkedIn. Sweta also completed the Setting Up a PMO certification from LinkedIn in February 2020. Furthermore, Sweta acquired the Introduction to Software Product Management certification from Coursera in July 2019.
