Sisi You

Sisi You have a diverse work experience history. From 2021 onwards, they worked at fonQ as the Manager Finance & Analytics, responsible for leading and inspiring the finance team and managing day-to-day finance operations. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager at fonQ, overseeing month and year-end closing as well as financial statements.

In 2015, Sisi joined Deloitte Nederland, where they held several roles over the years. Sisi served as a Manager, managing audit engagements in the financial services industry and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Additionally, they were the Analytics lead for the community A, developing and managing data analytics solutions using SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau. Sisi also worked as a Junior Manager, Senior Staff in the Financial Services Industry, Staff Audit FSI, and Trainee in the Financial Services Industry during their time at Deloitte.

Before Deloitte, Sisi worked at Burberry as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer experiences and maintaining relationships with VIP customers. Sisi also had a role as a Chinese consultant at Spirit Hosting & Promotions, where they assisted in guiding and translating for Chinese customers and reported sales records to management.

Sisi Youare education history starts in 2003 when they attended Oosterlicht college and obtained their vwo diploma in the field of economics and society in 2010. Sisi then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2011 to 2014. Sisi continued their education at the University of Amsterdam, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accountancy and Control from 2014 to 2015. Sisi then returned to the University of Amsterdam and obtained a second Master's degree in Accounting and Control with a focus on becoming a Registered Accountant (RA) from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Sisi obtained the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in December 2020. In January 2021, they also obtained the Exam 761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in April 2021, Sisi became a Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in the Deloitte Data Academy for data analytics, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2021.
