Sarah Crennan is a seasoned professional in the field of food technology, currently serving as the Global Innovation Manager at Fonterra since March 2021, specializing in paediatric specialty ingredients. Prior to this role, Sarah co-founded Adepa Lifesciences and held the position of Lead Technologist. Sarah's experience includes a tenure at Fonterra from October 2016 to June 2019 as Director of Product Development and Development Technologist - Nutritionals. Additionally, Sarah spent over seven years at NU-MEGA INGREDIENTS, where the focus was on developing science-based nutritional ingredients for improving infant and child health. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons class 1) from The University of Queensland, completed in 2008.
