Lauren Crow

Lauren Crow currently serves as the Lead, Change Capability and Change Practitioner at Food for the Hungry, Inc., since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations, Risk Management at Walmart from August 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included directing risk management operations for a $500 million profit and loss statement, leading a team of over 100 individuals, and achieving significant cost reductions. Crow also managed a $10 million project portfolio as IT Project Manager in Walmart's Healthcare PMO, resulting in accelerated project execution. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, with a concentration in Cultural Engagement, from Liberty University.
