Karthik Gnanasekaran

Karthik Gnanasekaran has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Karthik is currently working as the Head Chef at Food for Thought since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Operations Manager at Biryani city starting from October 2016. Karthik also has experience as a Co-Owner at Night Eat from February 2018 to January 2021. Karthik previously worked as a Head Chef at Biriyani city from February 2013 to September 2017. Karthik started their career as a Trainee at Decan Plaza in January 2008 and later worked as a Comi at The Residency Group of Hotels from May 2009 to December 2010.
