Maggie Prendergast

Maggie Prendergast currently serves as the Manager of Creative and Design at Food Bank For New York City since February 2024. With over a decade of experience in graphic design, illustration, and branding as a freelancer, Maggie has also worked as an Educator for the NYC Department of Education from September 2021 to March 2024. Previous roles include Art Director at Foragers Market and Co-Founder of WELCOME WORKSHOP, as well as Muralist for The Piggery and Gallery Manager at Cornell University, where responsibilities included coordinating exhibitions and events. Maggie holds a BFA in Art, Sculpture, and Farming from Cornell University, a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education, and an Associate's degree in Special Education from Hunter College, along with a high school diploma in Art Studies from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School.
