Sean Brenden has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Sean began their career as a Bartender/Server at Canterbury Park. In 2011, they became an ESL Teacher at Avalon English Academy, where they performed manual data entry, observed teammates and offered constructive criticism for best practices, and created and managed systems for tracking large amounts of data. In 2013, they took on the role of Cross Cultural Manager at Hanshin University, where they trained teachers, aides and school officials in the administration of integral tasks and functions, organized and led seminars for educational campaign initiatives, and spearheaded and promoted innovative programs targeting potential customers. In 2017, they became Managing Partner at both Don Loco Restaurant and Gohyang Bed and Breakfast. At Don Loco Restaurant, they mentored and managed employees to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and guidelines, consistently exceeded daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and keeping employee turnover low, and reduced expenses by minimizing waste and allocating staff levels correctly. At Gohyang Bed and Breakfast, they managed customer relations with 30+ clients at a time (Executives from Samsung and LG), successfully managed 7 different properties and a team of 5 employees, and increased revenue through new customer acquisition strategy resulting in increased occupancy and improved customer satisfaction. In 2020, they became a Medical Sales Representative at National Dentex, LLC, where they assessed clients needs and presented suitable promoted products, presented product information and delivered product samples, and communicated with and persuaded targeted doctors to prescribe their products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Sr. Strategic Account Executive at Foodsby, where they built strong business relationships with clients, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives, maintained the highest customer satisfaction levels by addressing the clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurately, and analyzed current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.

Sean Brenden attended Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in International Business and Marketing.
