Max Elder is a highly experienced professional in the food system, currently serving as a Board Member for People For Better Food and a Managing Director at Food System Innovations, where the focus is on reducing animal centrality in the industrialized food system through grants and programmatic initiatives. Elder is an Advisory Board Member for FoodShot Global and Food Systems for the Future, contributing expertise to drive investments in sustainable food solutions. With a background in founding and leading Nowadays, an alternative protein company, Elder has successfully raised $10 million in funding and patented novel technologies.
