Rohan Bhure is currently a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Oriental Yeast India Pvt Ltd, specializing in bakery ingredients such as bread improvers, yeast, and cake premixes since June 2024. Concurrently, Rohan serves as an Associate Admin at Foodyaari, where responsibilities include human resources management, content creation, graphic designing, and business development. Previous experience includes a Technical Marketing Internship at Revelations Biotech Pvt. Ltd., focused on social media management and sales support, and a Project Internship at ITC Limited, where Rohan applied methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma in a project aimed at reducing EGA in potato chips production. Rohan also gained industrial exposure during a brief internship at Amul, learning about various departments and industry ethics. Rohan holds an M.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology and a B.Tech in Food Technology from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth.
