Michelle Nolan

Michelle Nolan, SPHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various industries. Currently, Michelle serves as the Global, Corporate Talent Acquisition professional at Foot Locker, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Senior Consultant in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Human Rewards Consulting from February 2017 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as the Field Human Resources Manager for North America at Direct Energy from June 1999 to February 2017, and as a Senior HR Generalist at The Home Depot from 1997 to 1999. Michelle's career began at Hess Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist from 1995 to 1997 and at Johnson & Johnson as a Human Resources Intern from 1993 to 1995. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Maryland and an Associate's degree in the same field from Rutgers University.
