James McGrath

James McGrath is an experienced sports coach with a comprehensive background in football and athletics coaching. Currently serving as the Lead Coach at Daley Thompson Academies Limited and Platform Sports Coaching Ltd. since 2022, James specializes in athletics and football coaching for children and young athletes. At Esher Sixth Form College, James plays a vital role in the PE and Sport department, managing sports logistics and fixtures. With additional coaching positions at Football Escapes, Sheen Lions, and previously at Chelsea Football Club and Major League Soccer, James has developed expertise in training a wide range of age groups and skill levels. Academic qualifications include a degree in Sport Science, Health Exercise & Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
