Palma Black

Palma Black is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community engagement, stakeholder communications, and personal performance coaching. Currently serving as Associate Director at both AtkinsRéalis and Atkins since January 2022, Palma also contributes as a Grant Panel Member for the Football Foundation and as Founder & Director of Soul Purpose 360 CIC. This Community Interest Company focuses on mentoring Black women in the UK. Additionally, Palma has experience as a consultant for various organizations, including Communities First and Palma Black Consulting Ltd., providing expertise in resident engagement and community regeneration projects. Palma's educational credentials include a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy and studies at esteemed institutions such as Imperial College London and Goldsmiths, University of London.
