Cecilio Vargas Arroyo

Cecilio Vargas Arroyo is an experienced EHS professional with a robust background in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as EHS Manager at FootBridge since May 2021, Cecilio has previously held key positions such as HSE Manager at Fluor Corporation, where work included a significant expansion project at the Four Corner Plant, and HSE Manager at Suffolk Construction, managing high-rise building projects. Early in the career, positions included HSE Coordinator at U.S. Zinc, HSE Supervisor at Fluor Corporation for major pharmaceutical projects, Safety Officer at Ferrovial Agroman SA during highway construction, and Loss Control Consultant roles at AIG and Universal Insurance Group. Cecilio holds an Associate's degree in Technology Production Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon and additional education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
