David Spivack

David Spivack has extensive experience in the financial industry, holding various roles in accounting, finance, and risk management. David is currently the Director of Accounting at Foothill Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at F&A Federal Credit Union from 2018 to 2022. Other notable positions include Chief Financial Officer at University Credit Union from 2016 to 2017, EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Far East National Bank from 2010 to 2014, and VP of Treasury at China Construction Bank from 2009 to 2010.
