Jeffrey Ballard

Jeffrey Ballard is a professional triathlete and mechanical engineer with a diverse background in management, engineering design, and coaching. Currently self-employed since January 2023, Jeffrey earned a professional triathlon license in late 2022 and is seeking contract engineering work and sponsorship opportunities. At Foothills Park & Recreation District since October 2016, Jeffrey has managed over 140 employees, coached youth swimmers, and ensured pool safety and operations. Previous experience as Head of Engineering at Recoup Fitness involved designing innovative recovery tools and rapid prototyping of electronic products, contributing to successful consumer product development. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
