Josh Clickman has extensive experience in product management and customer service within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Product Manager and Product Owner at Foothold Technology since April 2013, Josh has also held multiple leadership roles including Manager of EHR Billing and Billing and Finance Team Lead. Prior to this, Josh worked at Credible from September 2009 to February 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service operations, providing product support, managing transitions for new agencies, and training staff on software utilization. Earlier career experience includes a role as Director of Operations at William C. Huff Moving & Storage, focusing on customer service delivery and team supervision.
