Archie Buck has a diverse range of work experience in the game development industry. Archie started their career at Folkestone Invicta Football Club as a Youth Football Coach and later became a Youth Football Manager, where they had responsibilities for training, coaching, and managing football teams in the Kent youth system.

In 2014, Archie joined Sports Interactive as a Quality Assurance Tester before transitioning into various roles as a Junior and Senior Software Engineer. Archie worked on the award-winning Football Manager series, focusing on UI programming, developing core systems, and working on technical challenges. Archie also played a key role in developing the tutorial system for the game.

In 2020, Archie moved to Improbable as a Software Engineer, initially focusing on UI concepts and developing shared libraries. Later, they supported the development of the game Scavengers. Archie then took on the role of Senior Gameplay Programmer, contributing to different Unreal Engine projects.

Archie's most recent position is at Footium, where they serve as a Game Developer and has been promoted to Lead Game Developer. Their work involves designing and developing games, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.

Archie Buck's education history begins in 2002 when they attended The Harvey Grammar School for their high school education. Archie completed this stage of their education in 2009. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, Archie attended the University of Portsmouth where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
