Victor Martinez

Growing up in New Mexico, surrounded by the beauty of the desert and mountains, Victor’s love and appreciation of the environment developed through time spent hiking and camping. That love has turned into a passion for learning and implementing climate change solutions to preserve the beauty of nature. Victor began his professional career with ExxonMobil in Baton Rouge, LA, where he was able to learn about the energy industry and gain knowledge about the ways it affects the environment.

After six years with ExxonMobil, he decided to make a career change to be more active in his pursuit to fight climate change and found a home at Footprint. He plans to put his corporate experience to use to help companies find creative solutions to reduce their emissions.

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
