Shannon Cegarra

Shannon Cegarra, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Shannon has recently been working at Footprint as an Accounting Manager since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Accounting Team Lead at the same company from April 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Footprint, Shannon worked at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. as a Senior Associate from June 2018 to April 2019. Before that, they were an Audit Staff at the same company from November 2017 to June 2018.

Shannon's earlier experience includes roles at Solar Turbines, where they worked as an Extended Service, Financial Planning & Special Project Accountant from April 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Accountant & Analyst from January 2015 to April 2016 and as a Cost Accountant from November 2012 to January 2015. Shannon also worked as a Sales Accountant from July 2011 to November 2012 and started their career as an Accounting Intern from July 2010 to July 2011.

Outside of their accounting roles, Shannon also worked as a Student Assistant at SDSU College of Extended Studies from September 2008 to July 2010 and as an Administrative Assistant at Rollins & Associates from June 2008 to August 2008.

Shannon Cegarra, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
