Shuichi Murakami

Shuichi Murakami currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Acceleration Division at for Startups, Inc., overseeing corporate-wide problem solving since December 2017. Prior positions include Senior Manager and BizOps Manager within the Talent Agency Division, focused on strategic management, recruitment, and organizational development for a team of 120 members. Achievements include developing 10 leaders and 5 managers over three years, and successfully achieving 105% of the divisional budget for the fiscal year ending March 2024.
