Laura Kilberg

Laura Kilberg serves as a Founding Member at Black Unicorn and Head of Advisor Experience at Fora Travel, both positions held since July 2023. Additionally, Laura contributes as a Mentor at First Round Fast Track, and functions as an Advisor and Expert within the Primary Expert Network starting August 2022. Previously, Laura led Go-to-Market and Growth initiatives at MIRA Imaging, and served as Chief Digital Officer at Magnum Photos. Laura's experience includes significant roles at Away, where responsibilities spanned General Manager for UK & European Markets and Director of International Strategy & Operations, achieving substantial year-over-year growth. Laura's academic background includes an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and Architecture from Smith College.
