Paul Stoddart has a long and varied career in the technology and marketing industries. Paul began their career at IBM in 2001, where they held various roles including Marketing Manager Public Sector, Usability and Accessibility Lead, and EMEA Online Marketing Manager, PC Division. In 2009, Stoddart co-founded PointSample, LLC, where they served as Chief Operating Officer until the company was bought out in 2012. In 2014, Stoddart became Vice President of Marketing (Chief Marketing Officer) at Providence Health & Services. In 2016, they joined Microsoft as Senior Director, Head of Advertising, Strategic and Competitive Projects, and Senior Director, Global Advertising Agency Management and Planning. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Epicor, and in 2021 they became Board Advisor at TomTom and Co-Founder at Blk Sqrl Foundry. Currently, Stoddart is CMO, Customer & Partner Success at Salesforce, and an Executive Council Member at Forbes Councils.
Paul Stoddart has an educational background in mathematics, software engineering management, and business studies. Paul attended the University of Cambridge to study mathematics, Bournemouth University for software engineering management, and Bournemouth College for A' levels in mathematics, history, chemistry, and business studies. Additionally, in 2017 they obtained a Membership Certification from The Interaction Design Foundation.
