Stephanie Vaughan

Stephanie Vaughan has had a long and successful career in the business and executive coaching industry. Stephanie started their career in 1991 as an Account Executive for AT&T. In 2000, they became the Sales Training Manager for Aspect Software and then in 2002, they took on a similar role at EMC. In 2005, they became the President of Coaching for Business Breakthroughs International and the VP of Coaching for TM3 - Training Mastery 3. In 2017, they co-founded Predictable Profits Coaching, LLC and currently serves as their Chief Coaching Officer. Additionally, since 2018, Stephanie has been the Head of Coaching for Forbes Councils, Business Journals Leadership Trust, and YEC.

Stephanie Vaughan's education history includes attending the University of Washington from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Psychology and Women Studies. Stephanie also attended Portland State University from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Psychology. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Master Coach from The Behavioral Coaching Institute, Presentation Skills Training from The Marketing Group, and Training Generalist from Langevin Learning Services.
