Sara Hui is an accomplished trainer and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has lived in eight countries and worked with over 250 hotel clients on four continents. Hui’s hotel operations experience includes managing high-end client accounts via the front office, managing food and beverage outlets, and supporting restaurant pre-openings across various hotel brands including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and Le Méridien.
Hui has worked as a consultant specializing in customer service training and implementing revenue enhancement strategies for Four- and Five-Star hotels all over the world, including The Peninsula Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, One&Only Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Dorchester Collection.
