Rosie Guagliardo

Rosie Guagliardo is the Founder and Life Coach at InnerBrilliance Coaching, where since April 2007, Rosie has empowered clients to align their lives with their personal visions by fostering self-worth and authentic self-expression. As a member of the Forbes Coaches Council since December 2017, Rosie contributes insights on leadership and success strategies. Previously, Rosie served as Vice President and Account Director at DDB from June 1997 to December 2012, where Rosie facilitated creative collaboration and strategic growth for clients. Additionally, Rosie co-led a women's coaching program at Tiara: Exceptional Women's Coaching from January 2010 to January 2011. Earlier in Rosie's career, Rosie managed international marketing and advertising strategies at ACL from June 1995 to June 1997. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and International Studies from Northwestern University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute.
