Brian Harper

Brian Harper is currently working as the Co-Founder/Chief of Strategic Planning at IconXChange Business Solutions LLC, a supplier-neutral IT provider specializing in cloud/networking solutions, professional services, software development, and cybersecurity. Brian is responsible for providing personalized strategies, future-proof solutions, and vendor negotiations for government agencies and private organizations. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Vice President at Forbright Bank, where they focused on financing sustainable businesses and clean energy projects to contribute to the development of a low-carbon economic system.

Brian Harper's education history begins with their high school education at Surrattsville High School from 2003 to 2007. Brian obtained a degree in Music Performance, General during this time.

Following high school, Brian attended the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. Brian pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a focus in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications in the insurance industry. In 2013, they acquired the NMLS certification from the NATIONAL MORTGAGE LICENSING SYSTEM. In 2020, Brian became a Maryland Life Insurance Licensed professional through the Maryland Insurance Administration and obtained the Insurance Consultant, Life certification from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in the same year. Brian'smost recent certification is the Insurance Producer And Title Producer certification, which they received from the Maryland Insurance Administration in May 2021.
