Sarah Hargrove

Sarah Hargrove has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Sarah is currently working as a Senior Associate, Model & Operational Risk at Forbright Bank since April 2023. Prior to this, they were with Atlantic Union Bank from May 2019 to March 2023, where they held the roles of Risk Manager and Risk Analyst. From January 2015 to March 2019, Sarah worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, initially as a Risk and Compliance Project Analyst, then as an Administrative Analyst. Sarah also had an internship with the bank as a Communications Intern from May 2013 to December 2013. Sarah started their career as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the Thomas Jefferson Foundation in June 2012. Before that, they were a Cabin Counselor and Activity Head at Camp Illahee during the summer of 2010. Sarah's earliest work experience was as an Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives in April and May 2010.

Sarah Hargrove completed their high school education at St. Catherine's School from 2004 to 2009. Sarah obtained their High School Diploma during this period. In 2008, Sarah attended the National Outdoor Leadership School for a brief duration, where they focused on outdoor leadership studies. From 2010 to 2013, Sarah pursued higher education at the University of Virginia and earned a Bachelor's Degree in History.
