Nicolai Lillesø

Nicolai Lillesø is an experienced professional in business development and fund operations, currently serving as Head of Business Development and Head of Fund Operations at Forca A/S since August 2019, managing operations for five pension funds with over 600 billion DKK in assets under management. Prior to this role, Nicolai held various leadership positions at Danske Bank, including Head of Platform Design & Technologies for Asset Management, where responsibilities included organizational development and project governance. Nicolai also has extensive experience from Nordea Asset Management in roles such as Head of Fund Process & Design and Risk Manager, alongside a solid foundation as a Senior Business Consultant at SimCorp and a Financial Analyst at Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin. Nicolai Lillesø holds two Master’s degrees in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
