Dave Owens

Dave Owens has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Dave is currently the Founding Partner and Chief Technical Officer at Force of Nature Clean since 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of President at D.H. Owens Enterprises, Inc starting in 2011, where they specialized in food and beverage product development in various channels. Dave has also served as a Board Member at Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County from 2012 to 2019, and as an Advisory Board Member at UniversalPure from 2012 to 2018. Before these roles, Owens worked at Perdue Farms as the Vice President of Research & Development from 2003 to 2011. Dave also has experience as a Vice President of R&D at Aurora Foods, Senior Director of R&D at ConAgra Foods, and an Associate Director at Kraft Foods. Owens began their career at Amway as a Group Leader and later worked at PepsiCo as a Manager of Quality Assurance.

Dave Owens attended the University of Minnesota from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Dave then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1983 to 1986, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
