Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a General Employee at Cinépolis_KSA and later as a Retail Cashier at Farmacias Guadalajara. In 2019, Carlos worked as a Busboy at Italianni's International. Carlos then transitioned into the field of Information Technology, starting as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Gugacom in 2020. In the same year, they worked at PEMEX as a Project Assistant, providing support in economic analysis and development of analysis models. Continuing their IT career, Carlos worked as an Information Technology Assistant at Newt Corporation in 2021. Currently, they are working at ForceManager as a Customer Support Analyst, where they assist customers and co-workers in diagnosing and resolving technical or service-related issues. Carlos also provides closed-loop feedback on recurring issues and collaborates with different technical areas to ensure accurate resolutions.

Carlos Flores has a diverse educational background. Carlos obtained their Diploma of Education in Organizational Leadership from the Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM in 2023. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering with a focus on Data Processing and Data Processing Technology.

In 2020, Carlos obtained the PCAP: Programming Essentials in Python certification from the Python Institute. Carlos also completed the Diplomado Técnico en Big Data and the Diplomado en desarrollo de sitios web y aplicaciones móviles from the Fundación Carlos Slim. Additionally, they finished the Desarrollo de apps móviles program offered by Google Actívate in 2020.
