Arkadiusz Waliszewski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arkadiusz started their career as a Freelancer at Promic Group in 1993, where they worked as the lead developer for the Amiga computer game "Laser World." Afterward, they joined Wydawnictwo "Zapadka" in 1998 as a Freelancer, specializing in CD copy protection development. In 2001, they joined Forcom Sp. z o.o. and held various roles, starting as a Software Developer, then progressing to a Senior Software Developer, and finally becoming a Project Manager/Software Architect in November 2005.

Arkadiusz Waliszewski completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology from 1997 to 2000. Arkadiusz then pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2002. Afterward, they enrolled at Poznań School of Banking, where they completed postgraduate studies in Managerial Studies from 2005 to 2006 and in Psychology of Management Studies from 2006 to 2007.
