Alexander Stepanov

Alexander Stepanov is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure at the Ford Foundation since January 2022, Alexander previously held various leadership positions at the organization, including Global Director of Infrastructure and Engineering and Director of Infrastructure and Engineering. Prior to that, Alexander was the Executive Director of Enterprise IT at the New York Blood Center from February 2012 to January 2022. Earlier roles include Vice President of Distributed Systems Services at Health Management Systems from April 1996 to March 2012, and Systems Manager at the New York Chapter of Hadassah from February 1993 to April 1996.
