Jim Gallagher

Jim Gallagher is an experienced professional in grants management, currently serving as the Director of Grants Management at the Ford Foundation since October 2010. Previously, Jim held multiple roles within the Ford Foundation, including Senior Grants Manager for U.S. Programs and Grants Manager for Program-Related Investments and Financial Assets. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Grants Management Associate at The John A. Hartford Foundation from August 2007 to October 2010 and as Development Manager at the International Longevity Center-USA from February 2000 to July 2007. Jim holds a Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University, and a Certificate in Fundraising and Philanthropy from NYU School of Professional Studies.
