Joy Ehinor-Esezobor

Joy Ehinor-Esezobor currently serves as a Program Manager at the Ford Foundation, a role undertaken since June 2012, providing leadership and oversight on grant management, project management, capacity building, and communication. Previously, Joy held the position of Program Assistant, contributing to the implementation of program strategies in West Africa focusing on areas like Youth Transitions and Fiscal Justice. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Officer at the African Network for Environment and Economic Justice, where Joy directed gender-focused initiatives, and a summer internship at Equity Bank Nigeria. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Calabar, a Higher National Diploma in Office Management from Auchi Polytechnic, and ongoing studies in Non-Profit Leadership and Management at Lagos Business School.
