Matthew Branch

Matthew Branch currently serves as the Manager of Event and Venue Operations at the Ford Foundation, a position held since October 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Center for Social Justice and managing the event review process for grantees. Previously, Matthew spent over eight years at Brown University as the Associate Director of Student Activities, supervising a team to support 500 annual programs and managing a significant budget. Past roles include Academic Programs Coordinator at the Brooklyn Museum, where Matthew developed public programs and managed collaborations with academic institutions, and Fellow with Emerging Leaders for New York Arts, focusing on professional development in the arts sector. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Public Humanities from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Boston University.
