The leadership team at Ford Foundation has a long history of experience in a variety of industries and fields. They have worked at The Rockefeller Foundation, Abyssinian Development Corporation, Union Bank of Switzerland, and many other organizations. They have also been heavily involved in education, with degrees from Mount Holyoke College, Harvard University, and the University of Chicago.
