Andy Song is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical support roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Cloud Platform Operations at Ford Motor Company since June 2023, Andy previously held managerial positions at Autonomic and served as IT Project Manager and Infrastructure Leader at Lumileds. Prior roles include IT Support Specialist at Gensler and IT Service Desk support at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, among others. Andy's technical expertise spans network maintenance, IT operations, and site reliability engineering, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from East China University of Science and Technology and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
