Anil Paryani

Anil Paryani is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Executive Director of Engineering at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities include leading teams in the industrialization of software and hardware for next-generation electric vehicles. Previously, Anil was the CEO of AMP | Auto Motive Power and held advisory and executive roles at BTC Power, focusing on the electric vehicle charging business. Notable past positions include Director of EE Architecture and Software and Director of Battery and Charging at Faraday Future, Chief Engineer at Kinsbursky Brothers Inc., Senior Engineer at Tesla Motors, AeroVironment, and Honda R&D. Anil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
