Barbara Gamm

Global Learning Strategist, Office of the General Counsel at Ford

Barbara Gamm is currently a Global Learning Strategist with the Office of the General Counsel at Ford. Prior to this, they were an HR and Executive Business Consultant for two years, where they guided businesses in effective operations, strategic planning, and modern HR practices. Barbara also served as the Executive Director for a new division of a social services non-profit, where they were responsible for coaching executives, management, and frontline employees in leadership, best practices, goal setting, and reverse-engineering solution concepts. Additionally, they coordinated events, volunteerism, and fundraising in partnership with a non-profit Board of Directors.

Before their work as a consultant, Barbara was the Director of Talent (HR Administration, Training & Recruiting) at ISI for over six years. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of talent management for the company. Barbara also served as an Interim Executive Director for Alterra Assisted Living-Memory Care for nine months, where they oversaw all aspects of the organization during a transitional period.

They work with and Matt Godlewski - VP, Government Relations. Barbara Gamm reports to Steven Croley, General Counsel & Chief Policy Officer.
